Shipping & Returns

At Dalaa Beauty, we are committed to delivering your order as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship across:

  • All Emirates within the United Arab Emirates

  • All GCC countries

  • Selected international countries

Please note that shipping availability may vary depending on the destination.

In some cases, we may be unable to ship to certain countries due to:

  • High shipping costs

  • Customs limitations

  • Import restrictions on skincare or cosmetic products

  • Carrier limitations or service unavailability

If we are unable to fulfill your order for shipping to your selected destination, your order will be cancelled and refunded.


2. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery location, order size, shipping method, and other applicable factors.

  • Shipping rates may change from time to time

  • The final shipping cost will always be shown during checkout before payment is completed

By placing an order, you agree to the shipping charges shown at checkout.


3. Order Processing

We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible.

Please note:

  • Orders are usually processed within a reasonable business timeframe

  • Processing times may be longer during busy periods, holidays, promotional periods, or due to unforeseen circumstances

  • Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you may receive shipping confirmation details where applicable.


4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping provider, customs procedures, and local delivery conditions.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier or shipping provider delays

  • Customs clearance procedures

  • Public holidays

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect address details provided by the customer

  • Events beyond our reasonable control


5. Customs, Duties & Import Restrictions

For orders shipped outside the UAE, local customs duties, taxes, import fees, or regulatory requirements may apply depending on your country.

These charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Please also note that some countries may restrict or prohibit the import of skincare, cosmetic, or related products. If your country does not allow the shipment of such products, or if shipping is not commercially feasible, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.


6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

If an order cannot be delivered due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Failure to answer courier contact attempts

  • Refusal to accept delivery

  • Failure to complete customs or import requirements

then we reserve the right to cancel the order or treat the shipment as failed.

In such cases:

  • Shipping charges may not be refundable

  • Additional re-shipping charges may apply if re-delivery is requested


7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of our skincare and beauty products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed and delivered.

This policy applies to all products except in cases where the item received is:

  • Faulty

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • Allergic reactions where ingredients were clearly listed

  • Delay caused by courier or customs

  • Products opened or used after delivery

  • Incorrect order placed by the customer


8. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

To help us review your request, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the product and the issue

If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • A replacement product

  • A refund

  • Store credit, where appropriate

We reserve the right to reject claims submitted outside the stated timeframe or where there is evidence of misuse, improper storage, or damage after delivery.


9. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and product safety reasons, all opened, used, or tampered products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are confirmed to be faulty upon delivery.


10. Cancellation of Orders

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time before shipment, including but not limited to the following reasons:

  • Product unavailability

  • Payment issue

  • Shipping restrictions

  • Country restrictions on skincare imports

  • High shipping cost making fulfillment unreasonable

  • Suspected fraud or misuse

If your order is cancelled by us before shipment, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

Once an order has been shipped, it may no longer be cancelled.
